Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an open computer-based competitive examination 2018 for the recruitment to the following 54953 posts of Constables (General Duty - GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (BSF, CRPF, CISF, SSB, ITBP etc.) National Investigation Agency (NIA), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles:

Pay: Level-3 of Pay Matrix Rs. 21700-69100
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized Board / University
Organization-wise vacancy details:
Application Fee: Rs. 100 / - SBI Invoice / SBI Net Banking or Visa, MasterCard or Maestro Credit or Debit Card. No fee for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / PH / Women and ex-servicemen.
Selection Process: Computer Based Examination, Physical Efficiency Testing, and Physical Standard Test
How to Apply: Apply online at http://www.ssconline.nic.in or www.ssc.nic.in on SSC website from 21/07/2018 to 24/07/2018 to 20/08/2018 24/08 Part-1 for registration / 2018 17-09-2019.
Constable (GD) candidate in Assam Rifles Examination, CAPF, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in 2018, please note that the facility to submit online application for the said examination, which was made available to the candidates, 21-07 On the new website of the commission from -2018, could not be done due to a major technical problem. Experts have said that they are working on overtime to solve the problem and there is a proposal to provide the necessary facilities as soon as possible.
Due to the above conditions, the facility for submission of online application for the said examination has been revised, and will now be made available on the Commission's website till 24-07-2018. Accordingly, the last date for submission of application has been increased to 24-08-2018, 17-09-2018 (5:00). Payment through SBI invoice can be done in specified branches of SBI within banking hours from 28-08-2018 provided the challan receives the expiration date and time i.e. 24-08-2018 (5th Prime Minister) for the application. However, other terms and conditions will remain the same.
