The selected candidates of the main list of each category are instructed to appear in the Chief Engineer, PWD Office. (Roads), Assam, Chandari, Guwahati - 13 July 2018 to 3 and 16 July 2018 for all unreserved candidates and all other categories (OBC-MOBC / SC / ST / P) / ST (from 17 July 2018 to 19 July 2018) H)) / PWD etc. to sign the contract agreement from 11 am to 4.00 pm. The following material/documents should be submitted before signing the contract agreement -
1. "A Basic Proposal AFFIDAVIT" duly signed by "Notary" (Model Form is uploaded here).
2. 2 (two) copies of passport size photograph.
3. Photocopy of HSLCC, HSLCC certificate and mark sheets (self-certified) And BE / B Tech degree final examination.
4. All caste certificates and certificates in relation to the physically handicapped person (PWD), if applicable.
